The City has received the following application under the Planning Act:

Application Number: 26 158478 ESC 24 OZ

Application to Amend the Official Plan and Zoning by-law to permit a multi-phase redevelopment consisting of a 17-storey mixed use building containing apartment units intended for seniors, and a daycare/pre-school facility, a two-storey community centre/banquet hall, and two new 39-storey residential buildings. The existing Place of Worship located at 920 Progress Avenue will be retained on site, with reconfigured access and pick-up/drop-off area.
