PROPOSAL
At its meeting on July 19 and 20, 2023, City Council approved TE6.23 - 64-66 Wellesley Street East, 552-560 Church Street and 564-570 Church Street - Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment and Rental Housing Demolition Applications to permit the demolition of 65 rental dwelling units to develop a mixed-use building containing 405 residential units, including 65 replacement rental units.
The owner has applied to amend Rental Housing Demolition Application (21 235906 STE 13 RH) and submitted a new related Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment application (26 119147 STE 13 OZ) that proposes a mixed-use building containing 409 residential dwelling units, including 65 replacement rental dwelling units. The amended Rental Housing Demolition Application proposes changes to the floor plans for the replacement rental dwelling units and Tenant Assistance Plan. Both applications will be considered at the meeting.
Under Chapter 667 of the Municipal Code, Community Council shall consider and make recommendations on the revised approval conditions of a Rental Housing Demolition application.

PURPOSE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The Toronto and East York Community Council will receive input and review the proposal and any other
material placed before it, in order to make recommendations on the application. These recommendations
will then be forwarded to Toronto City Council for its consideration.

You may send written comments by e-mail to teycc@toronto.ca or by mail to the address below. You can submit written comments up until City Council gives final consideration to the proposal.
You are also invited to address the Toronto and East York Community Council, in person, by video conference or by telephone, to make your views known regarding the proposal.
