Application to Amend Zoning By-Law 1096-2021 and the associated Section 37 agreement to reduce the required gross floor area of the childcare centre without reducing the capacity of the facility and to reduce the number of pickup and drop-off spaces required to be provided on site with the additional spaces to be provided in a layby in the adjacent public Right of Way.
