Application to Amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit the construction of a 48-storey residential building with retail at-grade. The development proposes to demolish all existing dwellings on site. The application proposes 524 dwelling units with a total of 37,521.9 square metres of residential gross floor area and a total of 89.6 square metres of retail/commercial gross floor area, resulting in a total density of 20.8 times the lot area.
