Application to Amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-Law to permit a 14-storey residential building with 139 units, a GFA of 9,596 m² and a FSI of 7.8. It includes 308 m² of indoor and 248 m² of outdoor amenity space, with access from Sheppard Ave W to one level of below-grade parking providing 28 vehicle spaces and 104 bicycle spaces.
