PURPOSE AND EFFECT OF ZONING BY-LAW 75-2026
The purpose and effect of Zoning By-law 75-2026 is to implement a technical amendment to site-specific zoning by-law 755-2023 concerning the lands known as 5230 Dundas Street West, 3825 Bloor Street West and 0 Beamish Drive. By-law 755-2023 permits the redevelopment of the lands with a multi-phase mixed use development as well as a public park. The lands (excepting the future park) were recommended to be subject to a Holding provision to ensure that all watermains and sanitary sewers necessary to service the development are secured, including any off-site improvements. Whereas language was included in the text of By-law 755-2023 to reflect this, the Holding symbol was inadvertently not included on Diagram 2 of By-law 755-2023. The purpose of By-law 75-2026 is to amend Diagram 2 of By-law 755-2023 to add a Holding symbol to the lands (excluding the public park).
Further information may be obtained by contacting Dominik Matusik at 416-397-2530, or by email at Dominik.Matusik@toronto.ca.
