Application to Amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit two residential buildings, 56 and 60-storeys, with approximately 1,362 purpose-built rental units, including 33 rental replacement units, and new POPS. Portions of the existing listed heritage buildings are proposed to be retained.
