Application to Amend the Zoning By-law to permit a mixed-use development consisting of two affordable rental housing buildings, with heights of 41 and six storeys. The development will include 458 residential units and commercial space at grade. One level of below-grade parking would provide 42 parking spaces and 421 bicycle parking spaces.
