Application for an Official Plan Amendment and Rezoning to permit a 36-storey residential building. The proposal includes a total of 385 residential dwelling units, 29 of which will be rental replacement units, with a total gross floor area of 27,825.1 square metres. The proposal maintains a five-level underground parking garage with 198 parking spaces and four short-term parking spaces dedicated for pick-up and drop-off.
