Application to Amend the Zoning By-law to permit 47 affordable housing units. The proposed building is four storeys (13.95 metres) in height with a footprint of 658.1 metres squared and a gross floor area of 2347.1 metres squared. Parking spaces for 29 vehicles are proposed. The MAAT Centre is to be retained and continue operating on the site in its existing building.
