Application Number: 22 185154 STE 13 OZ

Application to Amend the Official Plan to reduce the required provision of three-bedroom units, exempt the site from the requirement to replace existing office uses, and require the provision of affordable housing.

This land is also subject to an application under the Planning Act for an amendment to a Zoning By-law and Site Plan control, Application Numbers: 22 185154 STE 13 OZ and 22 185153 STE 13 SA.
