Application to Amend the Official Plan to permit the redevelopment of the site to build a 30-storey mixed use building and three residential buildings of 35, 40 and 45 storeys, 1819 residential units of which 342 are proposed as affordable housing units, 5085 square metres of non-residential floorspace, including a daycare facility and 1322 square metres of parkland dedication.
