Application to Amend the Zoning By-law to permit a 61-storey (197.0 metres, excluding mechanical penthouse) mixed-use building with 896 dwelling units and 812.2 square metres of non-residential uses, including an EarlyON Centre. The proposal also includes an on-site parkland dedication.
