Application to Amend the Zoning By-law to permit a 52-storey mixed-use building including residential and non-residential uses at 111 Peter Street. A total gross floor area of 60,276 square metres is proposed including 56,388 square metres of residential floor area and 3,888 square metres of non-residential floor area. 852 dwelling units are proposed.
