Application to Amend the Zoning By-law to permit a 12-storey long-term care facility with 378 beds, amenity space and ancillary uses that would result in a gross floor area of approximately 38,000 square metres. A total of 80 vehicular parking spaces, and 24 bicycle parking spaces are proposed.
