The City has received the following application under Section 36 of the Planning Act:

DESCRIPTION

 

The application to amend Zoning By-law 1929-2023 to remove the holding symbol (H) to permit a nine-storey mixed-use building. The area where the holding symbol (H) would be removed is noted on the map below.

You may send written comments by mail or email to the Planner noted above. Your written comments must be submitted no later than August 9, 2024 to be considered by the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning or designate. A decision by the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning or designate as to whether to remove the holding symbol (H) will occur no earlier than September 17, 2024.
