NOTICE OF INTENTION TO REMOVE A HOLDING SYMBOL (H) FROM ZONING BY-LAW 1325-2023

(Under the Planning Act)

The City has received the following application under Section 36 of the Planning Act:

Location of Application: 620 Dundas Street East (Regent Park Phases 4 and 5)

Ward: Ward 13 - Toronto Centre

DESCRIPTION

The application proposes to amend Zoning By-law 1325-2023 to remove the Holding Symbol (H)  applying to Phases 4 and 5 of the Regent Park revitalization to allow development to proceed for these phases. The area where the holding symbol (H) would be removed is noted on the map below.

You may send written comments by mail or email to the Planner noted above. Your written comments must be submitted no later than August 9, 2024, to be considered by the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning or designate. A decision by the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning or designate as to whether to remove the Holding Symbol (H) will occur no earlier than September 17, 2024.
