Application to Amend the Zoning By-law to permit a 12-storey mixed used building with a total of 431 units and 591 square metres of retail space. The owner has also purchased 509 Birchmount Road to extend the Sadler Parkette with a 545 square metre park to meet parkland dedication requirement.
