Etobicoke York Community Council Area

 

The Council of the City of Toronto proposes to pass a by-law to permanently close the following:

 

 

1. Part of the public highway known as Kipling Avenue, legally described as follows:

 

PART OF PIN 07536-0222 (LT)
Part of Lots 77, 78,79 on Plan 1602, designated as Part 2 on 66R-31546, Etobicoke, City of Toronto

 

2. Part of the public highway known as Dundas Avenue West, legally described as follows:

 

PART OF PIN 07536-0227 (LT)
Part of Lot 80 on Plan 1602 and Part of Lot 7 Concession A Clergy Block, designated as Part 3 on 66R-31546, Etobicoke, City of Toronto

 

3. Part of the public highway known as Bloor Avenue West, legally described as follows:

 

PART OF PIN 07300-0043 (LT)
Part of Bloor Street West, Road Allowance between Lot 15 on First Meridian Concession and Lot 7 Concession A Clergy Block, designated as Part 4 on 66R-31546, Etobicoke, City of Toronto

 

4. Part of the public highway known as Kipling Avenue, legally described as follows:

PART OF PIN 07533-0027 (LT)
Part of Lots 24, 25, 30, 31, 32 on Plan 2706, designated as Part 2 on 66R-31318, Etobicoke, City of Toronto

 

5. Part of the public highway known as Dundas Ave West, legally described as follows:

PART OF PIN 07541-0085 (LT)
Part of Lot 23 on Plan 2706 and Part of Block A and Part of Lot 13 on Plan 3408, designated as Part 3 on 66R-31318, Etobicoke, City of Toronto

 

At its meeting to be held in the Council Chamber, Etobicoke Civic Centre, 399 The West Mall on May 13, 2024 at 9:30 a.m., or shortly afterwards, the Etobicoke York Community Council will hear from, or by their counsel, agent or solicitor, any person who wishes to speak to this matter.

 

The meeting of the Etobicoke York Community Council will be held with members participating in person and remotely, and the proceedings of the Etobicoke York Community Council will be conducted publicly.

This notice shall also constitute notice to the public of the proposed public highway closure in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment for Schedule A+ activities.
