Exclusion of Various Addresses from Permit Parking

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Toronto proposes to pass a by-law to realign the boundary of Permit Parking areas to exclude the following developments:

· 1141 Bloor Street West;

· 6-8 Breadalbane Street;

· 1099 Broadview Avenue;

· 2451-2495 Danforth Avenue;

· 21-25 Davenport Road;

· 980 Dufferin Street;

· 1423 Dufferin Street;

· 3286, 3290, 3298, 3300, 3308, 3316 Dundas Street West;

· 1080, 1090 Eastern Avenue;

· 1012, 1014, 1016, 1018, 1291-1311 Gerrard Street East;

· 243-247 Greenwood Avenue;

· 257-259,291 Lake Shore Boulevard East;

· 145 St Luke Lane;

· 1631, 1641, 1684, 1698, 1700, 1702 Queen Street East;

· 200 Queens Quay East (Quayside Blocks 1 and 2);

· 22-23 Scollard Street;

· 2 Small Street;

· 530-550, 543-555 Yonge Street; and

· 21 Windermere Avenue.

The meeting of the Toronto and East York Community Council will be held on July 8 and 9, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., or shortly afterwards and will meet by video conference and in person in Committee Room 1, Toronto City Hall, 100 Queen Street West.

Any objections regarding this proposal should be set out in writing and forwarded to the City Clerk, Attention: Administrator, Toronto and East York Community Council, City of Toronto, City Clerk’s Office - Secretariat, City Hall, 100 Queen Street West, 2nd floor, Toronto, Ontario, M5H 2N2, or by E-mail: teycc@toronto.ca.

If you wish to make a presentation to the Community Council regarding this proposal, please phone 416-392-7033 or e-mail teycc@toronto.ca by 12:00 p.m. on July 7, 2026, so that we can include your name on the list of speakers and provide you with instructions on how to participate in the meeting.
