Application to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-Law proposes a new
residential tower (Building "A") with a height of 43-storeys. The
proposal contemplates a total gross floor area of 31519.8 square metres and a density of 5.24 Floor Space Index across the
gross site area of the Parkside Square lands. The proposal includes a total of
471 residential units.
