Application to Amend the Official Plan and
Zoning By-law to modify requirements for the previously approved development at
1 Front Street West that permitted two towers above the Dominion Public
Building (45 and 49 storeys). The proposed amendments include replacing the
hotel use previously proposed with residential uses as well as a reduction in
parking requirements. A total gross floor area of 90,000 square metres is
proposed including 46,747 square metres of non-residential floor area and 592
dwelling units.
