Application to amend Zoning By-law Number 1082-2022 to increase the maximum unit count from 1,400 units to 1,700 units, to reduce the minimum size of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units and to amend the performance standard relating to the timing of services at 1350 Sheppard Avenue West.  The zoning by-law amendment proposal also includes some technical modifications to Schedule A of Zoning By-law 1082-2022.
