Application to Amend the Zoning By-law to permit the development of three towers (Tower A, B and C). Tower A will be 44-storeys and will sit atop a five-storey podium. Tower B at 49-storeys, and Tower C at 47-storeys, will be connected by a six-storey podium element along Deauville Lane.
