Application to Amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to demolish the existing office buildings at the southeast and southwest corners of the site and construct two new buildings with retail uses at grade and residential units above. The Official Plan Amendment proposes to reduce the required ratio of two-bedroom units from 15 percent to five percent of the total number of units.
