NOTICE is hereby given that in accordance with the City of
Toronto’s real estate disposal By-law, on March 14, 2024 the public highway abutting
1, 7 & 15 Sudbury Hall Drive, legally described as 3Part Lot 13 Block F Pl
279 designated as Parts 1 and 2 on Plan
66R-3354, City of Toronto, being Part of PIN 06193-0761 (LT): and Road Allowance
Between Lots 6 & 7 Concession 2, Scarborough Toronto, City of Toronto, designated as Part 3
on Plan 66R-33354, being PIN 06193-0929 (LT), was declared surplus conditional on
City Council approving the permanent closure of the highway and subject to the reservation
of an easement for storm and sanitary sewer.
The property has a
total area of approximately 179.3 m2 (1,930 ft2). The City proposes
that the intended manner of disposal is to be by way of inviting an offer to
purchase from 1020969 Ontario Limited and Bonnydon.
