Notice
NOTICE is hereby given that in accordance with the
City of Toronto's real estate disposal By-law, on July 7, 2022, the long-term
leasehold interest in the City-owned lands at 123 Queen Street West, being the
whole of PIN 21403-0005 (LT), was declared surplus. The long-term leasehold
interest has a total area of approximately 12,508.56 m2 (134,641.0
ft2)/(3.091 acres) (1.25 hectares). The
City proposes that the intended manner of disposal is to be by way of entering in to a ground lease amendment and extension agreement with
BSREP II Hospitality Toronto GP Inc., in its capacity as general partner of
BSREP II Hospitality Toronto L.P.
The
