NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF INTENTION TO DESIGNATE

 A PROPERTY OF CULTURAL HERITAGE VALUE OR INTEREST

PURSUANT TO SECTION 29 OF THE ONTARIO HERITAGE ACT, R.S.O. 1990

5 ST NICHOLAS STREET

WHEREAS  by adoption of Item TE14.13 at its meeting held on May 28, 2020, City of Toronto Council withdrew the Intention to Designate the property municipally known as 5 St. Nicholas Street, in the City of Toronto under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990 and directed the City Clerk to serve a notice of withdrawal of the Intention to Designate on the owner of 5 St. Nicholas Street and the Trust, and to cause the notice to be posted on the City of Toronto's website in accordance with Chapter 162 Notice, Public of the Toronto Municipal Code;

NOW THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Toronto withdraws its Intention to Designate the property municipally known as 5 St. Nicholas Street, in the City of Toronto as a property of cultural heritage value or interest in accordance with section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990.
