Licence Application for Dogs and Cats

Welcome to the Toronto Animal Services Online Licensing application.

This application will allow you to

• license a new pet
• renew your pet's licence

To protect your privacy and security it is recommended that you close the browser after completing the licence application.

If you encounter difficulties paying online, call our customer service staff at 416-338-PETS (7387), Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

To protect the secured exchange of information between you and this secure site, this transaction requires that your browser supports 128-bit data encryption. To continue, you may be asked to download and install the latest version of your browser.

For security reasons, only payments made using one of the following browsers will be processed:

• Internet Explorer 11
• Google Chrome 30 or higher
• Mozilla Firefox 27 or higher
• Safari 8 or higher

As a privacy precaution, payment sessions will end automatically as indicated at the top of each page.

To register online you will need the following:

• a valid credit card and expiry date (VISA, Master Card or American Express are accepted)
• for sterilized pets - the name address and phone number of your veterinary clinic
• for renewals - the renewal notice or the 10 code number (e.g.:D06-000127)
