Summary
Councillor Shelley Carroll recommends that the Budget Committee establish four Subcommittees in order to meet concurrently in two locations, on each of the two days of public presentations scheduled for January 22 and 23, 2024. These Subcommittees will report to the Budget Committee on their activities as part of the 2024 Budget Process.
