This meeting of the Film, Television and Digital Media Advisory Board will be held by electronic means and the proceedings of the Film, Television and Digital Media Advisory Board will be conducted publicly.
Board members and participating City Officials will be provided with the video conference details closer to the meeting date.

The public may submit written comments or register to speak to the Board on any item on the agenda.

Closed Meeting Requirements: If the Film, Television and Digital Media Advisory Board wants to meet in closed session (privately), a member of the Board must make a motion to do so and give the reason why the Board has to meet privately. (City of Toronto Act, 2006)

Jeffrey Cantos, Manager, Strategic Initiatives, Policy and Analysis (SIPA), Infrastructure and Development Services, City Planning will provide an update on the Municipal Comprehensive Review (MCR) under way, its consultations with the film industry and other sectors, the path the MCR is taking, as well as provide a briefing on South of Eastern Employment Lands and the impact of potential changes in the zoning of key sites in the area.
