Note: There is a P.O.A. administration office (Customer Service Counter) next/adjacent to Room 12W (lower level), Old City Hall where you can pay fines after your court appearance and/or receive witness fees. In addition, all other matters including previously obtained fine payments, transcript requests, appeal inquiries, and trial request will be processed at the same counters.

From the north and south: From Yonge Subway travel to the Queen Subway station, walk west to 60 Queen St. W.
or
Bay 6 bus to Queen St. W.
From the east and west: Queen 501 or Downtowner 502 streetcar to Bay St.
