By designating a delegate, you authorize that person to enter and remove your data and information in the lobbyist registry system and to act as the contact person for issues arising from such entry and removal.

You agree that you will immediately update your lobbyist registration and submit a new Certification Form if your delegate changes or if you no longer use the services of a delegate.

You accept full responsibility for your delegate and any use of the lobbyist registry system under your User ID.

The designated delegate is not permitted to lobby public office holders unless also registered as an in-house lobbyist
