Clients eligible for referral include those who:

• Are currently enrolled in Employment Ontario (EO) programs
• Have self referred to an EO program
• Are actively participating in EO program
• Have successfully completed Employment Ontario (EO) programs

All participating clients will receive a $100 honorarium in recognition of their time and contributions.

This program is designed to support racialized clients who experience barriers; housing instability, systemic discrimination, persistent financial hardship, and may require mental health supports.

Program Eligibility:

• aged 18 and older
• history of long-term OW assistance
• experiencing mental health or addictions, trauma, and/or language/literacy barriers
• disconnection from the labour market
