Investing In Families (IIF) presents a workshop delivered by Parks, Forestry & Recreation and Toronto Public Health staff. Why recreation? General information session that informs parents the benefits of recreation and Toronto Public Health services for families.  

Learn about the benefits of families accessing recreation programs. For example, recreation in nature which helps our brains relax and stimulates us cognitively. This can result in greater productivity at work.  Participants will also learn the role of the Public Health Nurses and Toronto Public Health programs and services.
