This session is designed for OW clients aged 55 and older. It offers a dedicated space for them to share their unique experiences and perspectives on local senior services directly with the staff from the Bridlewood Office.

• Foster engagement in order to ensure collaborative and productive working relationships between service users and TESS staff
• Advocate on behalf of vulnerable community members
• Identify service delivery issues and make recommendations for improvements 
• Provide a mechanism whereby information and experiences can be identified at a local level in order to obtain community-specific input and to identify service needs and issues
